(Based on the 2009 Movie) Toby, later Astro, found himself on the surface after being rejected by his father and was chased around Metro City by President Stone for his core. He met some kids on the surface... after he got thrown by their robot into one of their traps. There he met Cora, Zane, Widget, and Sludge, and one he was most curious of all: Y/n. Astro boy (1982) was my first favourite show as a kid, I used to watch it on the VCR as much as possible, even sometimes at 5:00 am. Although, one problem I always had with Tetsuwan Atom was how the shows never adapted to it's full potential. Sometimes fully erasing messages of the story to appease to an American audience. So, I made a version that hopefully fixes a lot of these plot holes and keeping all the main and important messaging the original creator meant for the story to tell. I tried to use parts from every version of Atom over the past 70 years making this version, I don't know every little detail, but I tried to get everything as true to cannon as possible. There's only one big change I made, Atom has always been an Android (not a robot! They're different), although in a few versions, Atom is able to remember parts of his past life even though he shouldn't be able to. So I went stronger on the android side of the story to make more sense of how he's able to remember. Small gore warnings on this book...
