Witches. They're the villains in your childhood stories, the ones who cast curses on beautiful princesses who end up getting saved by some prince with perfect hair. They're ugly, with grey hair that matches the texture of dry straw, warts dotting their faces, and they walk with a hunch, as if the entire weight of the sky is being placed upon their shoulders. However, the Witches found in some storybook that some guy with way too much time on his hands made up, aren't the Witches that exist in reality. Hell, not even the modern portrayal of Witches is correct. Witches aren't evil, or out to get you. And none of them can turn you into a frog with a scrunch of their nose and wink. Real Witches- real magic- is a lot more complicated. I should know, my Mom is a Witch after all.
