When he was a kid, Midoriya Izuku was hit by an unknown Quirk. He was found a few days later, unharmed. He was gone for just a few days to the world, and he never told anyone where he'd been. Who would believe that he'd been sent back in time several hundred years to the Pre-Quirk Era? That he'd been adopted by a pair of circus performers who gave him the name Richard Grayson? That he, Quirkless Midoriya Izuku, had become Robin, the Boy Wonder, famed partner to the Old Hero, Batman. Yeah. Nobody was going to believe that. At least he could become a LEGAL hero, now.

Midoriya Izuku is not your wimpy loser that every anime tries to portray. Instead, he is the most straight-forward, over-dramatic teen you will come across. Oh, he is also quirkless and wants a reason to flip off all the heroes for telling him he can not be a hero, so he is going to be a hero to spite them! Midoriya Izuku, otherwise known as "Decipher", is the yakuza boss of the "Unknown Passcodes". The reason why they are named this is that: no one has ever seen their leader. Anyone who has is either dead or in the yakuza. One day, someone finds out his age and requests for him to infiltrate UA High School as his alter ego. • ON HIATUS • Midoriya Izuku attracted trouble. It was just a fact of life - the sky was blue, the grass was green, and Izuku constantly found himself in an absurd number of deadly situations. He was okay with that. Mortal peril was an average Tuesday afternoon for a Pro Hero like him. Being kidnapped was practically a holiday. Saving civilians as a building collapsed around him was easier than facing his worried mum afterwards. He had dealt with All Might's disappointed dad stare and only cried for two hours afterwards. A serial killing villain with an unknown Quirk would be no problem! ...but even Izuku had to admit that being sent back in time to his first day at UA wasn't on the agenda. Still, there was no-one more spitefully determined than him - he was going to make the most of it. Yeah, good luck, heroes and villains alike!
