One thing that grounded Eijun was how he played baseball, a pitcher from a young age and by the time he was to go to highschool schools offered him opportunities left and right. It scared him that some of the teams wanted him so he declined all but two immediately, only not declining the other two as his mother told him to give them both a chance and to choose after seeing both.. this story begins as he visits one of the two schools.
