An angsty fanfic based off of a tumblr post, I worked really hard on this one. Hope you enjoy! (warnings for this one are: angst, crying, deceit, brutal honesty, curse word, self hate, puppet mention, mild violence, being trapped, panic attack, screaming, blood, and I think that's about it.)

This is based on a role play I did in a Sanders Sides fan group. It is also inspired by the show Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts and a podfic called The Selfish Protector by DragonSaphira Reads. Anyway synopsis: Janus wasn't sure where it had all gone wrong. Everything had been going so well. He'd been getting along better with the ligh- 'other' sides, Roman and Virgil had definitely seemed to be getting used to his presence in videos, and they'd even been inviting him to join in on their famILY traditions. Where had it gone wrong? His snake half. Janus had noticed that he'd been adopting more reptilian traits. Shedding? Fine. A few extra scales? Easy to hide... mostly. But it's become more and more prominent and more and more painful and frustrating to deal with. Janus won't ask for help, fearing the others might start to not trust him again and undo everything he'd worked for. How will this go? Logan, Roman, Patton, Virgil, Remus, and Janus belong to Thomas Sanders. I don't know what ships will be in this or if there even will be any, but I'm assuming I'll end up adding either Moceit, Loceit, or Roceit. King Creativity is back. Which means Janus is alone, not that he's sad or anything. No he's happy for Remus. He's happy the King is back. At least if he keeps telling himself that until he himself believes those words he will be. So what if the Kings return meant Remus was gone. He was Deceit. He was a Dark side. He was fine with being alone. (Or where King Creativity is back. Deceit is not okay and really neither is Virgil. But this is a Deceit-centric)
