Boruto had always been crazy about his boyfriend, but he didn't realize just how much until the man appeared in his dreams.

"I'm fully capable," the blond insisted. It was so much easier to talk big when he wasn't looking at him. "Capable of what exactly?" Kawaki asked and walked around him, taking a seat on the bed. He was wearing nothing but a pair of briefs that left far too little to the imagination, and he was determined to draw Boruto's attention there apparently, if the way he thumbed at the waistband of them was anything to go by. Boruto gasped and put a hand up in front of his face, shielding his eyes from the best sight he had ever seen, but if he saw too much he risked blowing his cover. "What are you-they can't be serious, how-w-why . . . I don't understand how this is supposed to sell the cologne." "I am the cologne," he said simply and moved to lay in the bed, smirking as he tucked one arm under his head and used the other to pat the bed next to him. "Come on, now. Bet you're already buying it."

Kawaki only had one precious thing in his life and that was Boruto, but the blond broke up with him out of the blue and moved away to a different city. He was left alone without knowing why and couldn't understand how the person he loved so much would hurt him in such a way. When their paths cross again years later, Kawaki wants nothing to do with him, but Boruto refuses to leave and wants to save what was left of his life. What happened all those years ago and what was going to prevent it from happening again?
