hi! i honestly don't know what to write here as an intro- anyways in this book i can show you ways to masculinize your body by working out! i know for me it's helped ease my dysphoria a lot, and i hope it helps you too! -beginner friendly you don't have to be transmasc to do this! the workout plan and exercises are mostly for masculinizing your body, but a good bit of the book is an introduction to exercising and a lot of "exercise lingo". i talk about safety, equipment, diets, how muscles are built and more! disclaimer: i am not a personal trainer, nor am i professional. i am just showing what i do and what works for me. you may need to modify these exercises to work for you. if you have any medical conditions that might affect your ability to do any of these exercises-safely or at all- please consult a doctor before doing so.
