This story takes place on dragons edge, an island far from Berk. Hiccup and his friends had settled there, with a new enemy, Viggo Grimborn. However, the riders find a weapon that the hunters possess, one that could change the war between riders and hunters. Lycanwing saliva. There was an ancient legend saying that whoever was bitten by the dragon would become one himself which hardly anyone had believed in before, but proof was there, except the myth was slightly different from the reality When Hiccup is captured by the hunters, His friends need to get him back in time before he becomes a test subject for the new weapon, but is it too late?

What if things went differently when Toothless came to save Hiccup during his final exam. What if Hiccup ran away with Toothless that day. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third was a runt for the inhabitants of Berk, but now he is free. And now he will become what he is destined to become. just a httyd run away story. But it's my version.
