Death is something considered to be taboo to the living. Some try to avoid the subject all together. Others embrace it, obsess over it, even. But, no matter how one views death, it is inevitable. Death sucks. Especially if it's the death of a loved one. But, as the living often say, the dead shall live in a better place and live on in our memories. When asked to house sit the house your old baby sitters died in for a family you met at work, you didn't really know what to expect. It sounded like a great deal at first. But, when you discover this house is full of ghosts, you start to think this job is gonna be harder than you could ever imagine.

You've just moved into a new apartment you're forced to share with your ex due to financial strains. You were told this house used to be haunted, hence the cheap rent. After returning to Connecticut to move into your new home, you quickly become acquainted with your new neighbors, the Deetz. You take a liking to their only daughter, Lydia, who you are soon given the task of babysitting for a month whilst her parents go off on their honeymoon.
