This is a book full of poetry I wrote myself, so I ask that no one steals it. As you can tell by the cover and the name it is dark so don't complain that I didn't warn you. ‪BOHEMIA 🌷🌼‬ ‪An abstraction of creativity. ‬ ‪Deeply rooted in the harrowing aspects of the human condition, my twelfth poetry collection, 'BOHEMIA' is a darker yet stark, poetic exploration of nature versus nurture through a poetry collection rife in love, loneliness, trauma and grief. ‬ Bohemia is a landscape; be it physical or emotional. Bohemia is a world where love goes to die only to be born again on Earth. Bohemia is a cityscape where sadness crystallises and transforms into a kind of happiness; to shed light back on Earth. Life is unfair. It favours some people and laughs in the face of others. But I guess life never promised to be fair, just kind of offhandedly mentioned that it was a possibility. Still, if life decides to laugh in your face while giving out natural good looks to rich kids, there's no reason why you can't turn to straight up resentment. Because if life isn't going to be fair, why should you be? Yes, life decided to laugh in my face. Could you tell? Now everyone is going to look at me like some freak!" I hissed, raising my voice. Eugene frowned "Is that what this is about? You're worried about what everyone will think? I understand that you're upset-" I cut him off "No you don't! You couldn't possibly understand. Eugene, I only care about what they were saying because it was true! The accident was my fault" I raked my hands through my black hair, messing it up more. Eugene stood there, like a gapping fish and I continued to ramble. "Its my fault the car crashed and now Brian is dead-" *** Broken, numb and damaged. Ethan is a boy who could slip through the cracks of society. A drug addict with a bad past. Even the teachers at school have given up on him. Eugene, a boy who had it all. A girlfriend, a large friend group not to mention a set life with his decently wealthy family. But that didn't necessarily mean he was happy. Boys from different worlds meet by chance. In science. With a science teacher who really likes experimenting with fire. Things might get a bit heated.
