This book is the story of a girl getting true love from a Maybank. She is a young girl, in love with her best friend, JJ Maybank. He doesn't know it yet, but he soon finds out that he is deeply in love with her, as well. The true love that stands between them is clearly seen by those around them, which only seems to cause nothing but trouble. Will they end up together? Will the outside world ruin any chances that they have at a happy ending? Will JJ Maybank and this young girl ever end up together? Or will this just be another forbidden love story?

Olivia Routledge made her way to the East Coast of America to meet her cousin, John B, for the best summer of her life.
