Shane is a 19 year old, world famous rock star. Joey is a 17 year old, high school student. When Joey learns about Shane he falls in love. He begs his mom to buy him tickets for one of Shane's concerts. Now all he has to do is meet Shane and make Shane fall in love with him.

Joey is going through a very rough patch in his life and needs someone to be there for him. He falls for Shane but Shane's dating Lisa. Will Shane and Joey end up together or will Shane and Lisa end up together?
