Zhang Zhehan was a headstrong boy in high school with a prickly, gangster personality. Due to his many childhood scars, Hanhan keeps his heart closed towards other people. However, he changes after meeting his mentor Simon Gong who plays a key role in transforming her life from a "hopeless" delinquent to a compassionate doctor. They part ways due to a report of their close relationship, which was reported by a fellow student but subsequently meet again after 13 years, when Hanhan has become a successful doctor.

" What if I tell you, I can see the Fate String? " Follows the story of Zhehan who had this weird ability, which made him see String of Fate, precisely Red String of Fate from his childhood. But even though he saw it for others, strangely never found with whom his string was connected with. Until he stumbled upon Simon, the very extroverted and cool guy of the college, who never believed in the concept of love. Will Zhehan be able to accept his fate or would he want to escape his fate?
