Much like her brother Clint Barton (hawk-eye) she has incredible aim but instead of a bow and arrow she can control fire in her hands. She wasn't born with it, hydra had exposed her to extreme radiation in her early twenties two years after she became an undercover agent. Before that she was a trained assasin. But Steve, Sam and Wanda disagree, which splits the team into two. But it's not just this that's splitting the team. The return of Bucky is not a clean one as he is framed of killing the King of Wakanda. Steve doesn't believe it was him so works to clear his name.
