Betty and Stiles were the most inseparable pair of friends in the 7th grade. She stuck through everything he went through including the death of his mother. Stiles began to get bullied, although he liked his buzz cut others despised him and his appearance. Stiles held a grudge against every teen in Riverdale, until his dad, the sheriff moved to a town called beacon hills. The murder of Jason Blossom brought back Stiles father and himself to the horrible town of Riverdale forcing him to leave his best-friend Scott and people he cared about. I get how some people may feel like the bits they get on the way to the romantic high point aren't hot and heavy enough for them personally. To me, I love a build up and it is worth it. But if that's not your cup of tea and you prefer the books to be more about the relationship and love from the beginning - please try a different story by the amazing authors on this platform.
