What if the Avengers had lost the Battle of Manhattan against Loki? More importantly, what would it have been like living in the aftermath of their defeat? Lena knows what it's like, and she hates it. Everyone does. That's why she joined the group of rebels attempting to overthrow Loki. When the rebels were captured, though, and brought to Loki, the unexpected happened: Loki and Lena connected. Even more than that, over time they began to suspect that they were falling in love. But, eventually, a time came when Lena's loyalties were tested.
