[Just so everyone that reads this book knows, I have made the decision to just leave this book to rest. I won't edit it ever probably and no future sequels are even on the horizon. Therefore, the book will feel incomplete at the end as the sequel would've filled the gap between the last chapter and the epilogue, as well as filling the New Moon gap with mainly original content as I would've had her not be in Forks during New Moon. But I want to focus on writing my own original books, so I will probably never revisit this book to edit it, or at least not anytime soon! Sorry for anyone who is disappointed so if you read, just don't fully judge it too harshly please.] ❝I am not my hair. I am not my skin. It had nothing to do with his income, friends, or family...but it did have something to do with his job. At the end of a long day of work he decided to come by the docks and say hello to a good fisherman friend, Kenton. It was meant to just be a quick visit, then back home to start dinner. But nope, he stayed just one minute too long after his friend had left, did the one thing he swore he'd never do, and now he was heading home...with a darn merman!

Sabrina Reed is Nathan Alden's wife, but not by his choice... EXCERPT****** "I found her like this, sir," the guard announced. Sabrina stirred at the voice, blinking groggily and rubbing her eyes to chase away the blur clouding her vision. A towering figure stepped into focus. "What are you doing out here, Sabrina?" Nathan's voice was sharp, cutting through the fog of sleep. His jaw was tight, words pressed between clenched teeth. She blinked again, brushing hair from her face as she sat up. "What are you doing out here?" he repeated-louder this time, more demanding. He stood before her in a jet-black suit and white button-up shirt, sleeves rolled just enough to expose forearms clenched across his chest. His eyebrows were drawn tight, his eyes narrowed. "I came back late last night and... the guard was gone, so... I just fell asleep," she said softly, eyes lowering under the weight of his glare. He dismissed the guard with a silent nod, then stepped closer. "Where were you last night?" he asked, voice taut with suspicion. She yawned, trying to blink herself fully awake. "I've been volunteering at the animal shelter." "Get up," he ordered, tone clipped and harsh. "You expect me to believe that? Don't animal shelters close at a decent time?" She remained seated, her legs too stiff to move. "Yes, but-" "Get up!" he barked.

~~Elemental Series~~ (Fire: Book 2) It's cold, and Fin can't fight it. Even after he escapes the frost, only ice lives inside the firebird. The inferno he wants is gone. It was stolen from the middle realm by the man whose flame he craves the most: Zoran, the third god of fire. After the loss of his kingdom, the god took back his gift to the mortals; fire. They're all prisoners to the cold, and Fin can't take it. He wants to feel the blistering heat and once again be engulfed in flames. Only then will the aching pain in his chest stop. He'd do anything, anything at all just to stop this polar flux.
