Buster Moon wants to throw a singing competition that can hopefully save his theater. It gets the attention of not just every animal in town. Jamie, a gorilla, was adopted by Rosita and Norman, her parent's friends, after they died in a car accident. She and Rosita audition and they make it in. But as rehearsals go on, Jamie and another gorilla, Johnny, start having feelings for each other. Will it all work out or will things go downhill?
