Alexander "Alex" is a 21-year-old college senior studying English Literature at Vancouver branch of Washington State University in Vancouver, Washington. His best friend is Lucas "Luke", who writes for the college newspaper. While studying, Alex works at a close to campus coffee shop (Grace's Café). During the time of his senior year he find's what he really wants to do for the rest of his life, he discovers he wants to go into publishing. Alexander goes for a job interview at a publishing company in New York. He then works as Assistant to the Editors, Tyler Clark and Xavier Franklin.
