Shiro and Matt were both abducted by a psychopath as young teenagers. They promised each other that they would never leave without the other. They would always be there when the other needs it most. Btw Matt's name at first is Sadie just like who pidges name used to be Katie. I decided to have Matt's female name be Sadie (after my dog and because it sounds like Katie.
