But the next generation of Nebulans? They're thirteen teenagers with mental issues, removed from their traumatic pasts and homes. They've been broken so many times. But these Worlds need to be repaired. Something is stirring in the shadows. Something dark. The Corrupted are back. And they're after the new generation of Nebulans, too. If they can't convince the Nebulans to join them ... They'll just kill them. And it's a race against time for the Corrupted and the confused, far too young, untrusting Nebulans. An era of matriarchy has risen. Women are now at the top of the hierarchy, selected as powerful leaders who should show no fear or any vulnerability. The land has been separated into four distinct parts as a result of a bloody war as each kingdom fought for their rights and territory. Some kingdoms are more destructive while others work to achieve peace between allies. The four kingdoms: Valusia, the land of shadows. The most terrifying of places ruled by an equally terrifying ruler. Nobody wishes to live there but once you're in you're not allowed out. Helios, the land of the sun, a place of prosperity and higher class women. Scholars and women studying toward higher education often go there to achieve their dreams. Ardeosa, the land that harnesses the earth. A peaceful place filled with fauna and faeries, a land rich with rare plants and minerals is often used as a place to gather ingredients for healing and absorb magic. Lastly, not a kingdom but a city, the city of Caspian- a city beyond the ocean. A highly isolated place due to pirates, rogues, and thieves. They are highly skilled in manipulation and are known to pillage innocent villages and attempt to overthrow kingdoms.

A massive intertwined city filled with various races, cultures, and ethnicities have achieved the impossible. Society has gotten over the automated, and the richest class has gotten richer and richer while everyone else has fallen into squalor. To deal with the boredom and help entertain the ruling class, the poor citizens are offered as pets to the rich families. The term 'pet' is a synonym to the word 'servant' and each family is entitled to one pet for free. They may buy more if needed. Pets may not speak unless spoken to, must stay loyal to their assigned family, and must do whatever the family asks. Pets must sign a contract that transfers their physical rights over to the family before being able to live with them. Of course, being a 'pet' is an option and an option only some people are offered, but once you sign the contract your life now belongs to your family until death. Warning!
