Leo can turn into a cat whenever he pleases. It has its advantages and disadvantages. A disadvantage is Jay, Leo's high school classmate that annoyingly likes cats. Leo's whole routine changes when Jay appears, creating an obstacle for Leo. But as they start to hang out more, unfortunately for Leo, they develop a unique bond.
