Melissa finds out something about herself that causes a drift in her and her husband, Blake's relationship. When he leaves for Los Angeles while she's out, she's stuck by herself. Or so she thinks. - Chris has been the only parent figure in his daughter's life since she was born. When he gets a role in the CW's Supergirl, he meets Melissa and immediately wants to get to know her. She ends up trusting him more than he thought she would. - Being together has its strengths and weaknesses and Chris struggles with loving Melissa and finding time for just her as they barely get any alone time together.

Chris is off fulfilling his writing dreams in New York City meanwhile Melissa is filming Season 4 of her show Supergirl in Vancouver. What will she find out while they're miles and miles apart?
