Ok...basicly Dream died . Dream have a complex disease which is likes hanahaki . Flower and vines start to grow on his body. Every path that had been covered by the veins will be bleeding non stop. This disease was not caused by one sided love or something like that . Dream had it since he was 3. He found a pretty flower in the forest when he were playing and munch it. -I mean he was 3 years old....plus he think that is food ..maybe? - That not really a problem after that. He had a normal live since that day. But its slowly changed, when he were 16 he started cough blood and petals. At the time Dream were locked in the prison,the vines started to spread quickly. Its started to grow on his body and almost covered his entire body and ..... I put too much 'and' .....
