"I want to grow up" Did you say it when you were a kid? I know I did. Have you regretted growing up at some point in your life? Have you wished you could be a careless child once again? I know you have. Everyone has. The more you grow the bigger the challenges, the obstacles, the pain. Life gets serious. You get serious. You forget to smile at the morning sun shining down your face. You are too absorved by your problems to notice the beautiful world surrounding you. And when life gets hard, you wish more than anything to turn back in time and be that small child who did not know anything when he said "I want to grow up"

This is my story. My story isn't like most stories. The main reason being this one doesn't have car crashes, comas, or gunshots. No. This story only involves the cold hard truth of life. The cold hard truth of life is that it doesn't always end in the people living happily-ever-after. My name is Alana and I work part-time at an ice-cream parlor. I know what you're think right off the bat. "What is she doing working there!?" Well... It's not the only thing that consumes my time. YouTube. That consumes half of my free time. The one thing I love about living in Los Angeles is all of the parties. I might seem like a girl who would end up doing a one night stand with you because I go to the biggest of parties. Well, I can tell you one thing right now. I'm not. I'm that girl who no one noticed in high school so, when I got out I decided to change my life. I will tell you the story of me.
