Starts with Nightmare being a starter king and founding his teammates; Dust, Error, Horror, Killer and Cross. Nightmare promised them a better life than the life they have now, in exchange they become his teammates and obey him as a king. And the five sanses trust him. The people in the village that was connected with Nightmare castle wasn't agreeing Nightmare to be their king, so Nightmare tries his best to make them agree by making a shield that cannot be seen to protect the village from any harm. the village are full of villains like him too but they wasn't and still not agreeing him to be a king for them. One day, in Nightmare's birthday, his teammates celebrates it by thanking him. one by one, they thanked him for finding them and they are not regretting trusting Nightmare. And that's the day where Nightmare told them why he promises them a better life than before. That day, they did a group hugs and that's the day where they suddenly got necklaces, but Nightmare also got a crown. Not just a necklace. They thought they have some special connection in all of them that makes the Necklaces magically appeared. They eventually dismissed it, thinking it wasn't anything big. If only they knew what changes were coming, especially for a certain King of Negativity. Nightmare - the Guardian of Negativity - is known for being calm, collected and an all about respectable figure. He rarely falters when making a decision, never sugarcoats the facts of the situation and he most definitely doesn't let his emotions take control of him. Given those facts, there must be a logical reason as to why he's avoiding anything to do with Error, right? Sure, Error isn't the nicest to be around, but Nightmare of all people has never shown any hint of dislike towards him; if anything, it's the opposite. Nightmare and Dream are the protectors of the sun and moon tree. Nightmare had enough of the constant abuse that the villagers had gave him. So he ate the dark apples. But before that he met Cross in one of his dreams. Cross wished to meet Nightmare. He was fond of Nightmares company. But if he once found Nightmare. It didn't look pretty. Not the small skeleton he used to be... Edit: This is just a project. And I came up the idea originally from Empireverse AU itself! And yes I am aware it's another multiverse so I'm not mistaking it as an AU. It's plotline isn't the same. But the majestic vibe inspired me. So I decided to do this project. Honestly Dream, and Nightmare looked epic in the flesh. But yesssh.
