Lucy was trained to replace her mother, per her father's orders, and when she reached the age of 14, she was appointed official Commander of the Magnolia Sea Police, or MSP, where she hunted all Pirates that entered the harbour and territory. In Magnolia, the law simply states 'No magic'. All with the gift are to be 'removed'. Doesn't help that Lucy has one of the rarest and most flashy of magics. "Too bad, I guess you're mine now, not that I mind." Natsu Dragneel, Captain of the infamous pirate ship, Fairytail, notorious for his successful raids on island towns, villages and even cities. He has captured and removed thousands of the Sea Police's high ranking officials. And is now after the big prize, Commander Heartfila. He will stop at nothing to find and defeat the masked Commander, Who's own crew have never seen his face. He will stop at nothing to claim victory over the Commander of the seas, so he'll become king. During a celebration of Fairy Tail's return (x792) a few of Sabertooth's members came to congratulate them on their return and Kagura came to see her 'sister', Erza, but when a mysterious man comes in with a strange power that makes Juvia, Levy, MiraJane, Mavis, Lucy, Yukino, Lisanna, Erza, and Kagura fall asleep, the guild is told that they two weeks to find out how to get them to wake up from the trance that they are put in. They also have to find out why Mavis was put to sleep too, she's a ghost, shouldn't she be immune to it? While the whole guild is trying to figure out how to wake the girls, they are all having some strange dreams. Lets just say that some of them in those dreams may not want to wake up. Gajeel is the lead singer of the band "The Dragon Slayers". Levy is the Music Writer for the band "Sabertooth". What happends when the two band collide in a competitive contest. Gajeel's thoughts: "I wasnt interested in her at first, I only wanted to win the competition. But when it was over I couldnt stop thinking about her... Or her work. So, I decided to ask her to work for us. She turned me down. I wasn't surprised considering that I did blackmail her, but she's better off with us.
