*** I wrote this when I was like..14/15 and personally don't think it's one of the better works I've done but a lot of y'all seem to like it so I'm leaving it up here. *** At Oakwood High School there are two girls with two very different lives. Meet Jessica Night and Kaylee Scott. Jessica, coming from wealth and status and Kaylee, just another student passing in the halls quietly. Something so simple brings them together. A school project. So cliche right? Kaylee has had a HUGE crush on Jessica for quite some time before scratching that idea out. However, try as she might she can't completely rid of the feelings locked away and this project isn't helping at all. Forced to interact but not forced to become friends, follow these two as their lives intertwine. Can they keep their newfound friendship from breaking and maybe become more then just friends or will everything fall to pieces? But watch out for the secrets and lies for they won't stick to the shadows for long.

Lilly Martin is not model-material, but Adam Hiller is, and it turns out he likes to wear dresses when nobody's looking, and is in fact not a 'he' at all. When their school announces a fashion designing competition, Lilly decides to kill two (or three) birds with one stone and: 1) Win the fashion competition by making the best dress Edgley High has ever seen. 2) Help Adam (who prefers Eve, thank you very much) come out as the girl she is. 3) Annoy the bigots. Everyone knows the Wyatt twins as Samantha and George, but only the two of them know each other for who they really are: Sam and Rose. The twins have always known that their genders are flipped, and they know how important it is to keep this fact a secret. With inattentive parents and no friends to speak of, this hasn't exactly been difficult so far. They go through life with two simple rules: stick together, and trust no one else. But their first year of high school brings unexpected challenges that threaten to tear the twins apart, and before long, keeping their identities a secret becomes the least of their worries. When an unthinkable tragedy occurs, they're both left to worry not so much about staying together, but more about staying alive.

The 30+ stories in this collection are short mostly sweet vignettes with a transgender theme. While most are happy stories you can read in one sitting, there are several quite sad ones, as well. Some feel like true stories while others involve a magical transformation. They are all one offs, meaning what you see is what you get and there won't likely be any sequels to any of them. If you like any of my other stories, you'll enjoy these as well. *This story was written by Sabrynabrooklynne on Wattpad. If you aren't reading it there, it's been stolen. Please report the website. Tom and I were childhood best friends. And were convinced that we were funny. So convinced that, when we grew up, we drove across the country to make our mark writing comedy in Los Angeles. And against all odds, we did. Until one day, Tom told me something about himself. Something shocking, something I never expected. A secret that would change everything. Our friendship had survived the hellish halls of High School and the cut-throat studios of Hollywood. But would it survive this? A work of fiction inspired by true events, "PRONOUN PROBLEMS" is the hilarious and heartbreaking story about what happens to a guys' friendship when one of them stops being a guy. (Cover by the talented and oh-so-patient @Lucyface, aka Lucy Rhodes.)

Matthew has always wanted to be Miya, practically since birth. But who can she tell? Her family is in shambles after her father left to be with his mistress. Her friends are oblivious, what with her guy friend trying to get together with her girl friend. Even strangers tell her what a nice and 'handsome young boy' Matthew is, and hope she doesn't change from that. Is this the one thing Matthew has to go through alone? Or would there be a little help for her to reach her goal to become who she really is? (ROUGH DRAFT) If you're interested in reading more of Miya's story, you can find it in my collection of shorts, Looking Forward.
