He does not remember his childhood very well because he had been a demon for so long that he forgot; what he does remember is the promise he made Sabito. Somewhere on top of a Mountain, was a home that belonged to the Kamado Family. A family of eight, with two parents and six children. They lived peacefully on that mountain, selling charcoal to the village at the foot of the said mountain. Tanjirou Kamado was the eldest among the siblings, and after both parents died from an illness, he took it upon himself to take care of his younger siblings despite being merely 13 years old. He had been taking care of his siblings for about a year now and hoping that his siblings could live a happy life despite not having actual parents. Though his goal could not be achieved so easily, for he and his siblings nearly lost all of their lives if it were not for a young raven-haired man, who has darks secrets.

Zenitsu is sent to retrieve the water hashira Giyuu Tomioka,he is unsure of what may happen so he asks for Nezuko's old box and muzzle. His guess was right as the pillar had turned into a demon.Zenitsu was unsure how the pillars would react to him rescuing him and all but Giyuu is overjoyed.He willing complies without giving a struggle and sticks close to Zenitsu, often copying his actions.Zenitsu doesn't know what to make of Giyuu's behavior towards him but he isn't complaining in fact he is more than happy.

A heavy wind tore through the clearing. Carmine eyes shot up the path, wide and panicked. Complexion going snow white in terror. Giyuu blinked and Tanjirou was already almost at the top of the path, near the plateau.
