When Natsu was walking home from school one day it was raining really hard. He was turning a corner when he tripped over something or someone. When he looked back it was a girl with golden blond hair and she looked like she had passed out in the middle of the sidewalk and is now soaked. He decided to take this weird girl to his house and help her. Little did he know she was a run away rich girl that is mute.

The Dragneel Family is One of the most powerful yet wealthiest family in all of Fiore. The oldest son Zeref a famous model thought that his little brother Natsu will be safe with a personal bodyguard, this man has to have experience and skills. Zeref cares for Natsu who is in High School and a famous singer, he thinks that Natsu will be better with someone that will watch him 24/7 but Natsu thinks that's like being babysit and he doesn't want to be treated like a child. As interviews are held there's ONE GIRL!!! Her name is Lucy Heartfilia a former military lieutenant. She was choosen by the brother's own reasons; Zeref's reason was Natsu's saftey and Natsu's reason was that this girl is hot. A long the way Natsu flirts with her but Lucy rejects his feelings even though she was hired to be a temporary bodyguard until Natsu graduates from High School, Natsu has to win Lucy's heart before she leaves him forever.

Lucy and Natsu go on a mission where she is accidentally blinded! She is disabled from the mission and the guild. While Natsu takes care of her they slowly realize how much the depend on each other, and that they don't want to separate. Will she ever be able to see again?
