Gon hid his sadness under smiles and cheerfulness. Under a sweet and calm personality. But he wasn't. no, he hadn't been happy for years. He was for a short while after Killua left, but as more and more time passed he realized that Killua probably wasn't coming back. He wouldn't have waited so long. If he could find me, he would.
