Ichigo would like to think that his friends, the ones he saved, fought for, and fought with in a war that wasn't theirs, would stay with him after he sacrificed his powers, two-thirds of his own soul, to defeat Aizen. He would like to think that. Six months into almost complete isolation made him think otherwise.
Six months. Six months of his friends, those he fought a war with and for, completely ignoring and avoiding him. He doesn't know what happened. He doesn't know what he did and now he's alone and it hurts. Hurts almost as horrible as the missing pieces of his soul.
Then Geta-bōshi comes, saying he was trying to help bring his powers back in those six months, but Soul Society, even his friends there, denied him and threatened even threatened him. It was a nice thought, amazing actually. To think someone wanted to help Ichigo when he doesn't have any use anymore.
But now, he died? And he doesn't mean died and went to Soul Society. No. Ichigo died. But, he's still alive? His soul hasn't reincarnated? He's so confused and everything's different with Red Dress helping him.
An entire world of Devils, Devil Hunters, and Hell and, well, at least it's a new start.
Or the story of a technically dead Ichigo still alive with a Disguiser keeping him alive, Kisuke being a drug dealer, Tatsuki, Keigo, and Mizuiro being Kisuke's distributors, and everyone outside of this small dysfunctional family thinking Ichigo's a Fiend and causing him inconveniences because of it.
Oh, and Kisuke is incredibly excited to get his hands on as many devil contracts as possible because he's never been allowed to mess with and experiment on anything involved with Hell before.
Devils and Devil Hunters alike have no idea what they just brought onto their doorstep by messing with these two idiots with mental instability and a possessive streak a skyscraper wide. They made a deal with the Devil, almost literally with how much chaos Ichigo and Kisuke want to start up.
