Cherry blossom lipstick: check Smokey eyes: check Skinny jeans: check Dead kid in the mirror: check For sixteen year old Mattie Hathaway, this is her normal everyday routine. She's been able to see ghosts since her mother tried to murder her when she was five years old. No way does she want anyone to know she can talk to spooks. Being a foster kid is hard enough without being labeled a freak too. Normally, she just ignores the ghosts and they go away. There's a little glitch this time. The ghost she sees is her foster sister, Sally. Everyone thinks she's just another runaway. Mattie knows the truth, though-she's dead, murdered. Foster kids look out for each other and Mattie feels like she has to help Sally, but she can't do it alone. Against her better judgment, she teams up with a young police officer and together they set out to discover the truth of Sally's disappearance. Now the killer has set his sights on her. It becomes a race to see if she can find the truth before the serial killer finds her.

The poems may seem a little disturbing. As title suggests this collection would be about war and the suffering it generates CAUTION: I SPEAK ON SOME DISTURBING TOPICS, BE WARNED.:p (This is so not me , but I couldn't bear to stay quiet)

"You..." you say, shocked to see him. "Y-Your the guy from the park... Aren't you?" "That's me all right," he says. "I believe I didn't introduce myself. My name is Jeffrey Woods, but everyone knows me as Jeff the killer. I'd prefer if you call me Jeff, thank you."

The following short stories have been 'written' by characters from the novel Soren: The Angel & The Prize Fighter. Beau Tolson, Bernadette Hale, and Casey Dummont – the teen writers of the stories you are about to read – are part of a paranormal story telling club called The Crypt. They recite spooky tales by candlelight in an abandoned chapel at the back of their school, while tucked up in sleeping bags and feasting on marshmallows. In one day, the world succumbed to a pestilence that decimated the living. In its place rose a new species: vicious, gruesome, wandering zombies with an insatiable hunger for the living. Still in her twenties, Cash has watched her friends die, only to walk again. An office worker with few survival skills, she joins up with Clutch, a grizzled Army veteran with PTSD. Together, they flee the city and struggle through the nine circles of hell, with nothing but Clutch's military experience and Cash's determination to live. As they fight to survive in the zombie inferno, they quickly discover that nowhere is safe from the undead...or the living. (100 Days in Deadland is a journey through the first poem in Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy, the classic tale on the horrors of hell... zombie apocalypse style!) (Note: This is a draft so please excuse any errors. The finished novel is available in paperback, ebook, and audiobook).

"Sometimes it's best to stay out where you're not welcome." Demented will chill you to the bone, for these are not your usual bedtime stories. From a son who wants to teach his mother a lesson, a deadly myth on Kingly Road, people who have a certain bizarre diet, to some of the most terrifying things your head could barely even conceive-these stories will give you goosebumps, shivers, and more. There are also stories about a vengeful unborn baby, a psychotic babysitter, and a creepy bus that leads you to hell. These tales will torment your head with eerie echoes and haunting screams, and compel you to turn and check what's lurking behind... every few minutes. With twisted scenarios that will make you second-guess who you can and cannot trust, these are stories that may tell you what could actually be hiding under your bed... or perhaps make you realize that they're not under the bed... and that maybe you're the monster.

It's basically what the title says... I write to vent, so don't expect it all to make perfect sense.
