On April 10th, 1912 the Titanic departed, and with it, Komaeda Nagito, accompanied by his family and friendly fiancee, Nanami Chiaki. At 11:20 am, Hinata Hajime and two of his friends manage to steal some last-minute tickets and get on board. It doesn't take long for their two paths to cross. Komahina Titanic AU because I want to see a finished one for once.

When Makoto hears about the ball being held by the Togami's, it's a far off dream for any of him or his friends to ever be able to attend such a high society gathering. All the invitees are celebrities or business partners of the Corporation, so an utterly average person such as him would never have even the slimmest chance at attending, even if they are supposed to be really lucky. And if he ever did attend, the chance for him to find love would be zero to none. Miracles only happen in fairytales, right? warning: mention of togami's father hitting him

After the first trial, Makoto didn't know who he could trust, and Byakuya avoided everyone. But when Monokuma had a new motive that involved Makoto and Byakuya being locked in a room together, things start to change. ~~~~~~ THH SPOILERS ~~~~~~

"There are programs that can help you, Hinata, programs designed so that you can lead a normal and fulfilling life!" His eyebrows wrinkled. They were going to send him to a conversion camp? Well, he mused detachedly, at least he wasn't going to have to figure out how to survive rummaging through garbage bins. Huh. That was a turn of events. He didn't think they would want to spend the money on him to send him to one of those, considering they already complained nonstop about paying for his meals. AKA the fic that was supposed to be a "But im a cheerleader" AU. Go watch the movie it's amazing 10/10 you won't regret it. You don't need to have previous knowledge of the movie to read this though.
