Now that Emmy is back, Elena introduces her to Damon and Stefan Salvatore as well as reconnects her with her old friends. Emmy had learned about vampires and werewolves while she moved away. Elena filled Emmy in all things Originals, including Niklaus Mikaelson the vampire-werewolf hybrid. Emmy knew better than to talk to the Mikaelson's let alone fall for one of them, but the minute she met Klaus she knew in her heart she couldn't stay away from him.
