Shunned by her social class, and slipping into a state of depression, Maggie was ready for the earth to swallow her up. Stunned and disgusted by her daughter's defeat, her mother comes up with the idea of her daughter doing some chores as an act of charity and as a chance to redeem herself. It is only during her time working that Maggie meets the cocky teddy boy John Lennon who is determined to make her his. Maggie, having enough heartache to last her a lifetime, tries to fight John advances. Too bad nobody told her John Winston Lennon was a stubborn as they come and he's determined to take her to the top with him.
