FTM Eddie POV- Steddie love story- Present times Indiana was no longer home. Eddie needed to leave his past behind him in the dust. He chose Seattle. Living with like-minded people. Making new friends. Getting a whole new life with people who only knew him, for him. It was all going so well, until he laid eyes on Steve. The man who could single handedly, ruin the whole bad-boy vibe Eddie had been creating for himself.

"Sometimes, I wish you were a girl." "What?" Eddie turned to him, he could feel his movement. Everything seemed a lot easier to feel, he was aware of his surroundings. "I think it would make things a lot easier. You, a lot easier." ---- Max and Eddie were saved. The town is cleaning itself up from shambles. People are moving on. Things are going back to normal... What the hell is normal in Hawkins? How do you go back to normal after seeing people die right in front of you? After seeing them tortured.? What is normal about the loneliness? The trauma? The nightmares? What is normal about anything in life after near death? What is normal? No one ever is normal.

It used to bother him for a while. He wanted to prove he was more than a pretty face and some muscles. Prove to his father he could take over the business when he was old enough. Prove he could become something and do amazing things just like they told every other kid. But after enough time he just got used to it. He made it a part of himself. It was easier to dumb himself down than to deal with the overwhelming feelings he felt on a daily basis.
