Spinel comes to earth to attack Steven and the Crystal Gems, when she finds out Steven has a close friend not mentioned in his broadcast. To goad him into fighting her she takes the reader to another planet with her, where their only way of escape is destroyed, forcing them to have to try and survive together..even worse is..they aren't alone.

After the events of Spinel Attacking the earth she went to live with the diamonds. It was happy for awhile until the diamonds gotten bored with her. So they talked in secret about abandoning spinel on a planet. When Spinel over heard this, she was furious, so she attacked the diamonds and ran off. Of course, the diamonds didn't care because they already had replacements for them. Mean while, Spinel stoled a ship and spend off to earth where she crash landed. The crash poofed her physical form thus, leaving her in her gem like state. (Y/n), who was wandering about found the gem and brought it to her home. When (Y/n) found out that Spinel was the gem, they both bonded and started a beautiful friendship, maybe something even more.

Things were getting hard to handle down on earth, Steven kept on running into arguments left and right, even having a fight with his best friend Connie and Pearl. To get a break who chooses to stay with the Diamonds and a very special friend of his for awhile.

Deep in an abandoned Diamond facility lies a dormant Gem. However this Gem is waking up and it is no ordinary Gem...

Even after being on Earth for some time and being with the Crystal Gems, Lapis still finds it difficult to adjust to Earth and forget her past. Going for a quick fly around the countryside to clear her mind, Lapis accidentally stumbles upon the home of Beach City's forgotten recluse.
