When Jeanine and Evelyn are forced to attend 3004s choosing ceremony it dawns on them both that in a year it will be them. Neither of them are stupid, they know that Evelyn can't stay in Erudite. Jeanine becomes overwhelmed by the idea of Evelyn leaving whilst her and Andrew are drifting apart and Evelyn promises that she will be with her no matter what until 3005. The last time they see each other is when they sneak into Amity during initiation.

Jeanine helped them stop the bureau but people were still angry. Rather than killing her, it was decided that she would be exiled beyond the wall. Evelyn Johnson was also sentenced to the same fate. These star crossed lovers finally had a chance to be together, away from everyone that did them wrong. It was evelynaffairs on ig's idea that they were exiled together.
