Trata de que el Blader amateur Robin Kazami se queda fuera del torneo amateur tras una aplastante derrota contra un equipo Profesional. Por suerte, un encuentro casual con el excampeón Jaxon Cross lleva a estos dos improbables compañeros a unir fuerzas. Jaxon pretende volver a la cima de la Torre X bajo el alias "Blader X" y desafiar a su antiguo compañero y actual campeón, Khrome Ryugu .
