"Not one step back!" -Admiral of the Fleet Bernard York Lancaster, 2102 Humanity has endured countless calamities in the 21st century, and the transition was only more chaotic. The invasion of the alien species commonly known as "Sirens" [Sirena Alienus] has ushered in a new age; an age of great sacrifice and equally grand valor. While the invasion of the Sirens has united the world in a shared goal ― one of banishing these aliens who do not belong ― and prevented the unfurling of the Third world war, it destroyed countless cities, destroyed international communication, and killed and starved millions. The Sovereign-class of fast battleships were designed as flagships from the beginning. The design and construction of the lead ship of the class ― UNS Sovereign ― was finished incredibly fast; laid down on the 3rd of March 2099 and commissioned 1st of November 2100. After three years of dutiful service and countless battles, the Sovereign finally met its match and was left with only one option ― self-destruction. And with only a mere press of a button, the pride of humanity and the Human-Siren war were ended ― Sirens forced to retreat to wherever they came from and the Sovereign erased from the surface of the Earth, only remembered through models, photos, and fond memories. But its service has not come to an end, merely continued... ...in a familiar, yet distant world. How will he influence the fate of this unknown world? How will the organization known as Azur Lane react? What will he find? ― Friends? Enemies? Comrades? Or perhaps, something more... He is a male kansen with a soul that is filled with negative emotion, darkness and the lust to kill. Doesn't matter if it's sirens or humans because at the end of the day they're all the same. We always thought if we face any kind of alien incursion they would come from the skies. We were wrong they came from the Oceans instead. Man-Eating Giants invaded our cities, they were hell bent upon the extinction of the Human race. We fought and Drove them back. The World united under the banner of UN as we ventured into the Unknown land from where these beings originated from.

Taking place years after the events of the Pantala Arc, a mysterious structure has suddenly appeared in the middle of Pyrrhia. No one knows what this structure is or where it came from but something, or rather someone, emerges from it. The structure was a portal crossing between dimensions, and from it came humans/scavengers/or giants depending on who you ask. They come claiming themselves as the United States of America, a nation among a hundred more from a world beyond what dragon kind has imagined. However these new arrivals are the least of worries as from the oceans arrives a new faction and race wielding powerful weapons and technology no dragon could hope to match. War returns to the continent of Pyrrhia, but this time it will involve bombs, gunpowder, and artillery.

Summoning America version 1 has been discontinued. I may produce a completely new story but with the same title, some time in the future. in the meantime, please check out my other works on RoyalRoad by googling "Manifest Fantasy" or "Arcane Exfil" -- -- Entirely cut off from Earth, the United States finds itself in a scientific impossibility: the entire country, including the continental landmass and separated states and territories, was transported to another world. Unlike Earth, this new planet boasts phenomena unknown to science. Magic reigns supreme in this new region of the universe, bolstered by the natives' own scientific progression. Monsters roam wastelands and dungeons, subsisting off unfortunate travelers, local fauna, and sometimes even entire towns! Ambassador Samuel Anders is tasked with contacting the various nations and entities of this new world. Despite his best attempts at diplomacy, the arrogance and hostility of the natives prove to be an unnavigable barrier. War is the only alternative. Eventually, fears surface regarding an ancient evil: the Ravernal Empire. How will the United States handle the threats of this new neighborhood? What magical wonders will its adventurous citizens find? This Summoning Japan (Nihonkoku Shoukan) inspired work will follow the United States as it is summoned to a Elysia. TARGET AUDIENCE: If you enjoy GATE or are otherwise interested in seeing how modern armies and technologies interact with less advanced societies, you'll enjoy this story. This story also features quality grammar and writing, with minimal typos and errors.
