Reliving the life gone past, conquering the unchanged destiny. People say Time once gone never comes back, but Dhruv and Tara get a chance to relive their past 6 years and rectify every mistake they ever made, trying their best to avoid every apocalypse that occurred due to their wrongdoings. The blast at Devgarh Khandar took away Surya from them but gave them a chance to bring him again to earth with the capability to give him a better life. Dhruv gets back his family, and with it, his responsibilities, which becomes heavy with time under unfortunate circumstances. Tara rediscovers herself as a modern 21st-century young adult and tries her best to enjoy life like others of her age group, along with being an ideal partner to Dhruv. Both lifestyles contradict, making Tara a mischievous fellow, yet he preserves her "Rajkumari" avatar inside, which makes her a unique personality and a hard nut to crack, landing her into complex problems from which she comes out in full valour. Destiny seems to change but strikes hard, breaking the delusion. The past follows, but the future leads; the intricate balance that Dhruv and Mahavir made together to save themselves, to save Tara, the two mature souls who always act as Tara's umbrella, even if they are apart, be by years or by the oceans. Things get clearer, truths come out, it leads to all their realisations. And finally, the long awaited end to the wait is here. The wait to go home as a family. This is my canon-divergent version of how things could have ended with the DG track. I always wanted Tara to take a firm stand for Dhruv and their relationship and realise her part in all this mess, and Dhruv to be firm on his decision. So here's my take.
