However, years went by and his soul was left in the underground along with the other six after Frisk had broke the barrier but this changed when gaster had finally been freed from his hell

After commencing the neutral genocide path, "(Y/N) (L/N)" regrets slaying all the monsters and decides to start again, with a new objective in mind: Free all monsters permanently. But, will he be able to save EVERYONE?
