Turns out most people can't get ahold of Cardans letters to Jude. Some weren't even aware Holly Black actually wrote them. These letters ripped my heart out and I want to share that joy with you all. This is one of my Folk of the Air series "What if's?". I have a lot of these for many different series. This one is about when Madoc stabbed Jude while she was escaping from his camp in Queen of Nothing. I have had this "what if" for a while. What if the Roach didn't get shot with that dart and Cardan sent him back to the palace while Cardan caught up with Jude? What if Cardan saw Jude get stabbed? I have always imagined this as a bit dramatic when I was thinking and acting parts of stories in my room (I know i'm a teen and I roleplay in my room. I admitted it. are you proud of me?!) so sorry if the personalities don't match up exactly. All of this belongs to the wonderful Holly Black! Enjoy!
