When Lucy moves to a new town with her family she soon discovers that the town isn't all its cut out to be. She realises she's stuck in town of vampires and Lucy must learn to defend herself so she doesn't get hurt but however the only thing stopping her is the boy she's fallen head over heels for and he just happens to be a vampire but she just doesn't know it yet so she allows him to help her protect herself from the other vampires. Lucy doesn't know her little vampire buddy is luring her closer and closer into his trap. It's all manipulation or does her vampire friend like her back? Oh, poor innocent little Lucy always one step behind on everything to do with vampires and all their antics and shenanigans. If only shy little Lucy wasn't so shy and innocent then maybe she'd pick up on the clues her vampire buddy keeps on giving her.
