With the entire staff being made of top heroes, both retired ones and ones still working, it was basically guaranteed going there meant becoming a top hero. It's also a place that could attract a lot of villains. The only person that wasn't interested in it was me. I know in today's society, it was almost unheard of to not want to be a hero.
