This will be heavily breaking cannon from DxD and honestly? I wanted to see something different then what I see from every story ever. So, This is my attempt at that. There will be some heavier themes of graphic violence, Some darker themes of emotional breakdowns as well as growth being properly shown, trauma being handled over time and connections being genuinely formed rather then glossing over the issues at hand. (P.S. I hope the pun in the title hurts you. That is all) This story will begin during the fight with Trihexa within my own version of the universe so everything will play out in a very, very different manner then the original encounter. Grayfia will not be married to Sirzech's due to the trauma involving her brother Euclid, There will be some interesting news with Raynare, 80 Devil pillar families instead of 72 through some interesting twists.. and much more within' my story. Issei will not be nearly as dense nor perverse, In fact he's going to be a lot smarter then you'd expect this time around. This is a work in progress and some-what of a one shot idea, I'm not sure how far I will take it. If people really do like it I will continue it indefinitely. Characters and situations will be slowly introduced rather then rushing the pace, Please don't try to rush me. 15 years ago there was trouble in the underworld a traitor Infiltrated the sirzecks mansion where his and grayfia's first born son was his name was Lucius this devil was caught and was sentenced to death but he escaped and went to do what he was hired to do he ran in to the baby's room grabbed the baby and right when he opened a portal to the human world he was struck with a poison arrow as soon as he got outta the portal he collapsed on the ground as the portal shut behind he got up and did what he was hired to do he made a magic circle of very old magic and chanted in a tongue no one could understand he then looked to the baby's aura he was now half human he didn't want to kill a baby so this was the next best thing they wouldn't be able to recognize his aura now he dropped the baby and left it crying in a alleyway not even a hour later a couple that was on a date passed by and heard the crying they found a baby boy and took him to a hospital where they found out he doesn't have any parents they then made the decision to adopt the child and that child's name from then on was. ISSEI is now back in time as the Gremory group were defeated by the Khaos Brigade and Orphis and Issei made a deal with the time dragon as many of the members of the Gremory were killed including Rais.

The long battle of Ophis and Great Red caused both of them to lose half of their power. Some addition title (there's some title given in this story) : Great Red = primodial of dream or hope Ophis = primodial of nothingness and part of void trihexa (666) = primodial of chaos or creator of universe (but don't misunderstood me, what I wrote isn't a new better version of Issei Hyoudou, but the same one in the original series.
