"Jeremy, don't leave me!" I begged near tears. Jeremy laughed and ran off saying "You don't have to cry Amber. Man you're so annoying" I cried as I watched him run off without me. I was on top of the monkey bars and since I was wearing a full dress from taking family pictures earlier today and dress slippers I couldn't get off by myself. Jeremy was my next door neighbor and our parents did everything together so, naturally, Jeremy and I were always together too. It's not like we'd had much choice in the matter of hanging out together I mean, we were only 6. He'd told me to get up here because we were pretending that he was a knight and I was a princess and he was trying to slay the dragon that was carrying me away. (The dragon really being the monkey bars.) Suddenly a hand took hold of mine and I stopped crying looking down at the hand and then looking up to who it belonged to. It was a boy that looked to be the same age as me with dark blonde hair and blue green eyes.

Welcome Wattpadders! This book will be short and to the point. I won’t bore you with mundane grammar rules or the crap you learn in English class, but I will offer simple suggestions on how to improve your writing. These are tips that I use every day when I sit down to write. Nothing fancy, just the basics. I can’t promise that your “hotness” will go up, but I can guarantee that you’ll be a step above the people who don’t implement these techniques. Also, I encourage you to link to this book when commenting on other’s work. Sometimes it can be draining typing out the same suggestions over and over. I’m not trying to gain votes or comments with this book, I’m just here to provide budding writers with simple methods to hone their skills. So, with that brief introduction out of the way, let’s figure out how to improve your stories on Wattpad!
