For the longest time Tubbo had wanted to become a dragon rider. As Tommy knows all too well the only thing stopping him is the inability to find a dragon willing to be tamed. One doesn't force a dragon to do anything after all. It's a good thing he has a plan! The uh, the problem with his plan is that it involves using his full hybrid form, something draining and risky. After all hybrids may not be rare, neither is the ability to shift between three forms with varied amounts of hybrid and human showing through.
