A new beginning. A new dawn. A new chance. That's what Cuba thinks as suddenly, a new government emerges victorious from revolution and takes control over his country. After years of living in a dictatorship established by America, where Cuba himself controlled little to nothing of the economy, Cuba decides to take action for himself. Standing alone in a battlefield completely turned against him, Cuba finds an unusual ally in the Soviet Union. But as he leans towards his new friend, Cuba slowly pushes those who cared about him further and further away. As time goes on, Cuba will realize that his actions have grave consequences- enough to quite literally bring an end to life as we know it. Where there is no beginning, no dawn, and no second chances. Only the regret and guilt of not having anybody to share your last moments with.
